Reporting to the Senior Manager, Label Partnerships , this role will provide support to the Label Partnerships department and will contribute to a positive work environment with an emphasis on a ‘team’ concept. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, creative and energetic individual with a passion for music.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Label Partnerships team in day to day tasks, working with both external label teams and other internal departments
• Build Maintain relationships with Label Partner teams
• Assist with administrative duties such as product set-up , processing invoices, ad campaign logistics , gathering assets, maintaining distro lists procedural documents, event planning
• Create various sales grant reports analyze data from various internal and external reporting systems
• C oordinate ma intain digital and physical release schedules
• Coordinate sales sheets physical stock requests
• Draft and distribute internal/external communications
• Perform weekly digital store checks create reports
• Assist with various special projects
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task many on-going projects
• Motivated individual , self-starter
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and react in time-sensitive situations
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. )
• Knowledge of today’s top digital music platforms and social media outlets
• Availability to attend various events on weekends and e vening s
• Ability work and think clearly in a loud environment
• Previous experience at a label an asset
• Passion for Music
