The Design & Direction team is responsible for translating creative vision into compelling digital experiences that balance artistic expression, user experience, and commercial performance. Working collaboratively with Creative Directors, Project Managers, Content Production, Development, and Client teams, we create work that inspires audiences while delivering measurable business results.
How You'll CREATE
The Junior Digital Designer supports the creation and execution of digital design solutions across artist stores, ecommerce experiences, campaigns, content initiatives, and marketing touchpoints. Working under the guidance of Creative Directors and senior design team members, this role contributes to the development of visually engaging and brand-aligned creative assets that support both artist storytelling and fan engagement.
This role provides an opportunity to develop creative, technical, and strategic design skills while gaining exposure to a wide range of digital experiences and campaigns. The Junior Digital Designer will play an active role in bringing creative concepts to life, contributing ideas, executing design work, and continuously developing their understanding of design, user experience, and digital commerce.
• Support the design and production of digital assets across ecommerce, campaign, content, and marketing initiatives
• Execute creative direction provided by Creative Directors and senior design team members
• Create visual assets for artist stores, promotional campaigns, product launches, social content, email marketing, and digital experiences
• Assist in the development of layouts, graphics, visual systems, and campaign assets
• Apply established brand guidelines, design systems, and creative frameworks consistently across projects
• Prepare files and assets for production and development handoff
• Support website design updates, landing pages, promotional experiences, and merchandising initiatives
• Participate in creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and project kickoffs
• Collaborate with Project Management, Development, Content Production, and Client teams throughout project execution
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions during concept development phases
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all design deliverables
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, digital experiences, music culture, fashion, and fan behavior
• Continuously develop design skills, technical capabilities, and creative thinking
Bring Your VIBE
• 0-2 years experience in digital design, graphic design, ecommerce, creative agency, or related environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design capabilities and creative thinking
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn from feedback and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for music, culture, fashion, digital experiences, and creative storytelling
• Understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing principles is a plus

Salary/Benefits
$51,540 - $70,000 /year USD
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors.
