JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Visual Creative Intern
Responsible to: Creative Director & Visual Director
Department: Visual & Creative Department
Location of work: Kensington High Street
main purpose of role
To work alongside the visual and creative teams strong administrative support and assistance to them and their functions as necessary. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Distributing tracks.
• Circulating reports.
• Dealing with video contracts.
• Liaising with agencies and production companies.
• Curating the video library.
• Dealing with queries from external and internal clients.
• Raising purchase orders for costs and closing invoices.
• Collect and distribute post.
• Send packages on couriers, bikes etc.
• Book taxis / transport/International travel for the department.
• Order stock and stationery.
• Suggesting content ideas (especially for socials) as part of the creative team.
• Researching innovative content/artwork/visual campaigns as well as music videos.
• Researching new up and coming video and content directors.
• Additional ad hoc duties and team support where required.

Essential:
• Passionate about music with a desire to progress in the industry.
• A keen interest in photography and filming.
• The ability to learn quickly.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Flexible and able to prioritise own workload.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good computer skills i.e.: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong digital skills: HTML, Dreamweaver, Video Editing.
Desirable:
• Experience of working in an office environment.
• Experience working in 'music' (personal or professional).
