Description
Job Functions:
Responsibilities:
• Own monthly and ad-hoc reporting process (KPIs, metrics, financials, etc.) with distribution to key global internal stakeholders, VP's, and C-level executives
• Work with large quantities of data to present meaningful 'pictures' enabling informed executive-level financial decisions
• Work with internal and business operational leads to plan/forecast strategic investment and operational expenditures (CAPEX/OPEX)
• Provide monthly variance narratives to explain key movements to the plan/forecast for designated towers and investment initiatives
• Assist the central accounting group with the monthly consolidated financial close process
• Identify, propose, and remediate operational inefficiencies and process-level improvements within the Finance Team and general organization
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Proven financial modeling/analytical skills
• High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented
• Executive presence and presentation skills coupled with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
• Demonstrate capability in meeting firm deadlines
Experience:
• 3 years of progressive experience in an FP&A role
• Ideal candidate will have worked with and/or supported an IT, technology, project-based, and/or operational team(s) with an emphasis on efficiencies (finance process & department operational), cost controlling, project management & analytics, and using financial and operational tools/data/information to facilitate key management decisions.
• System/Tool familiarity: ERP: SAP FICO/BW/BO, SAP BPC, HFM consolidation, database tools, BI tools, & MS Office Suite
Education:
• BA in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA a plus
