How we LEAD:
The Director Physical Supply Chain Operations & Business Integration is a key liaison between our business process owners, end users and project teams who will drive requirement elicitation, clearly articulate needs, and implement an agreed solution. The ideal candidate will have strong business and technical aptitude and know how to proactively facilitate both requirement and design discussions and facilitate projects from inception to completion. This person is ultimately responsible for ensuring our process and technical capabilities meet UMGs needs.
How you'll CREATE:
• Manage a strategic product roadmap based on business value, strategy and outcome-oriented goals including grooming and prioritizing the backlog.
• Manage complex enterprise level cross-functional process and technical projects through inception through delivery.
• Translate and document complex business problems into requirements and functional technical solutions, including leading complex, cross functional requirement definition sessions.
• Facilitate cross functional reviews to ensure proposed solutions meet broad UMG goals.
• Work with business stakeholders to review proposed solutions prior to development, and work with the business to test completed work prior to implementation in our production systems.
• Communication with business stakeholders on delivered system capabilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert to both the business and technology teams, providing input on optimizing business processes vs technology solutions (and vice versa when applicable)
• Serve as a subject matter expert on industry standard Physical Supply Chain processes and technical services.

• Proactive and quick to learn.
• 7+ years in a similar role, or combination of Sr Business Analyst / Project Management experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and working with SaaS technical solutions.
• Supply Chain or Music industry experience.

Salary Range:
$71,820-$153,927
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
