Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Strategy , you’d be a ssisting the Digital Strategy team in executing all aspects of the department’s day to day initiatives . The ideal candidate is exceptionally bright, multitasking and self-motivated, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to stay ten steps ahead and not let anything fall through the cracks. In addition to being organized, analytical, strat egic and resourceful, you must possess strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
Responsibilities
• Assisting team in executing all aspects of the department’s day to day initiatives.
• Assisting with campaigns, project planning, and team accountability
• Generating, maintaining and communicating key planning documents and timelines
• Managing assets and deliverables to key accounts and campaign partners
• Participating in creative brainstorms around artist projects & campaigns and sharing your outside the box ideas
• Contributing to a positive, dynamic work environment
• Manage a complex calendar and schedule
• Acting as a liaison for direct reports
• Travel coordination
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 3 years of experience providing high-level administrative support
• Motivated and a self-starter
• Exceptional communication, organizational & priority setting skills
• Ability to problem solve & react in time-sensitive situations
• Highly efficient, solution oriented individual
• Knowledge and passion for the digital space and music
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
• Eye for detail, thoroughness and accuracy.
