Our commitment to innovation extends to our first-class Human Resources team, which is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. How you'll CREATE:
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team by coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, creating employment offers letters, and initiating and monitoring background checks for multiple UMG business units across the US.
• Candidate Interview Scheduling
• Calendar management, logistics coordination, and travel support for interviews in-person, over the phone or through video.
• Communicate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates for alignment of schedules
• Proactive follow-up to ensure the process advances in a timely manner
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism to the Candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers involved in the interview process
• Advance candidate status in our applicant tracking system, Workday Recruiting.
• Employment Offer Letters and Background Checks
• Utilize a high attention to detail to prepare offer letters
• Exceptional organization skills to monitor background checks for all pending new joiners
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance across the centralized recruiting function
• Understand process responsibilities and impacts to help facilitate continuous improvement projects
• Develop subject matter expertise across all TA systems, including Outlook, Workday, and ServiceNow
• Professional interactions with visitors, applicants, and employees, and serve as front line Talent Acquisition representative
• Respond to inquiries and requests from clients and recruiters in a timely fashion
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Duties and responsibilities are subject to change and may include additional responsibilities based on business needs

• Prepares reports and tracks progress
• 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
• Applicant Tracking System and ticketing system experience (Workday, ServiceNow, or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree

Salary Range:
$49,300 - $75,460
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
