How we LEAD:?
CCMG is looking to fill a Publishing Coordinator role to provide day-to-day administrative support to CCMG Publishing senior leadership and operational support to the broader publishing business. Key support roles include management, distribution, and communication of information, assisting with implementation of new deals, and support across our best-in-class roster of writers, artists and strategic partners.
How you'll CREATE:
• Support publishing team in the timely creation and execution of plans that are consistent with overall vision and strategy and effectively leverage the expertise of all internal and external partners.
• Maintain schedule, calendar, call list, expense reports, filing, scheduling of meetings (including distribution of agendas), and project updates for CCMG Publishing SVPs.
• Coordinate and book CCMG Publishing leadership travel, and writer travel (as needed).
• Presentation and meeting preparation for CCMG Publishing leadership.
• Run reports, gather data and distribute to guide team in making informed, timely decisions.
• Apply written and verbal communication skills to establish highly productive working relationships at all times. Particular emphasis should be on courtesy, discretion and diplomacy with outside parties, including writers, artists, management, as well as in-house relationships.
• Process invoices and create purchase orders.
• Financially track budgets for projects as assigned, through completion.
• Track sync pitches and placements.
• Take notes and distribute action items from team meetings, discussions, and planning sessions.
• Assist onsite at special events as needed.
• Provide on-going support to publishing leadership to champion priorities, major initiatives and all requests to connect songs & consumers.
• Other Duties as assigned
Bring your VIBE:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
• Familiarity with Asana, Monday or similar project management application
• College degree preferred.
• Prior comparable experience preferred – music business or entertainment experience a plus
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Demonstrates good decision-making skills while thinking quickly when all facts are not known.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
• Extremely organized with superior time management skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and produce high-quality results under tight deadlines in a team environment
• Able to work independently, take initiative and a strong desire to optimize processes and find efficiencies
• Ability to be proactive by identifying potential issues and taking action to rectify
• Interest in Christian/worship music preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
