How we LEAD:?
UMe is seeking a highly motivated Publicity Coordinator to join their Public Relations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and creative skills. In addition, prior ticketing and administrative experience in the music/entertainment field is required.?
How you'll CREATE:
• Executive Assistant for EVP of Publicity
• Manage and submit all concert/event ticket requests on behalf of the publicity team and obtain and distribute concert tickets to approved recipients. Handle all promoter outreach.
• Create and update all reports, one-sheets, timelines, quote sheets, and any other project-related documents?
• Collect, organize, and distribute all artist assets (photos, artwork, logos, music, bio, etc.)
• Create and maintain artist calendars
• Provide support to publicity team.?
• Write, create, and distribute pitch letters, press releases, and media rollout campaigns?
• Order physical products for reviews and facilitate press mailings
• Department accounting - invoices, POs, vendor paperwork, etc.
• Manage UMe press database and compile/send press reports to staff, and artist management teams, as needed.?
• Draft agreements for independent contractors, as well as various authorization forms?
• Conduct research, compile, and analyze data, and create reports as requested?
• Assist publicity team with administrative and day-to-day basic duties, including answering phones, maintaining calendars, travel, and coordinating meetings?
• Record and distribute marketing meeting minutes / organize meetings, music listening sessions?
• Additional duties as assigned?
Bring your VIBE:?
• At least two (2) years of ticketing/publicity and/or administrative or finance experience in the music/entertainment business?
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and creative skills?
• Previous experience with on-site artist interaction?
• Strong computer skills: SEO, SEM, social media, Online Advertising, YouTube, Google, and Facebook Analytics, Digital Media savvy, General online knowledge?
• Ability to work accurately under high pressure and speed?
• Forward-thinking with excellent social and interpersonal skills?
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful?
• Ability to work well with others and keep information highly confidential?
• BA Degree in Communications or Publicity or at least two years of internship experience?

Salary Range:
$33,700- $51,590
The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
