Job Summary:
The Coordinator, Commercial Partnership provides administrative support to the UMG Commercial Partnerships Team(s) in the areas of account and label support and service. Key support roles include distribution and communication of information, and troubleshooting asset deliveries, take downs, and any and all sales strategy changes. This position supports digital accounts.
Job Functions:
• Communicate sales, streaming and revenue trends, success stories and opportunities at partners to UMG and Labels
• Ensure/track compliance, new release deliveries, store placements; troubleshoot with Digital Supply chain and content team if necessary
• Communicate/monitor new release and catalogue marketing opportunities, missing content and ingestion of assets, rush deliveries, takedowns, investigate miscellaneous issues
• Assist with account analysis and program results st
• Communication of daily and weekly customer sales charts and 1 Day Sale Tracking
• Utilize digital sales, streaming and marketing data to support playlist placement
• Support Labels including fielding requests, questions and advancing training of labels regarding commercial partner activities and business
• Point person for securing all New Release assets
• Provide online screen shots of priority titles to labels weekly on street date
• Responsible for coordination of all marketing precaps and social media campaigns
• Conduct street date checks and re-checks at digital partners
Job Requirements:
Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel, and Keynote skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship building with labels and account
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow through
• Extremely organized with superior time management skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and produce high-quality work under tight schedules
• Excellent knowledge and application of Internet resources
• Experience with search engine and social media marketing
• Strong interest in music and pop culture
Experience:
• Knowledge of retail and current platforms of entertainment consumption
Education:
• BA degree
