About this role:
• Weekly planning of social media calendars for owned channels: Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Twitter and YouTube
• Develop/enhance creative strategy for social channels to achieve growth in followers, optimise engagement and build superfans
• Daily curation of content on social media platforms, i.e. overseeing postings on the above-mentioned platforms that are aligned to our/our artists' brand identity
• Ownership over content production including graphic designing and video editing (both short and long-form)
• Supervision of interns in the aspect of content production
• Develop content capture ideas for artists as well as external KOLs to contribute to the overall marketing plans
• Assist the Marketing team with other activities as required including promo tours and other events, as well as manage brand/media partnerships
Desirable Traits:
• 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the music or entertainment fields
• Expert, native user of social media platforms with a deep understanding of the role of effective storytelling through engaging content
• Pop culture savvy and adept in social media trends
• Advanced proficiency in graphic designing and video editing skills
• Degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Excellent communication skills and good internal and external stakeholder management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and troubleshoot under high-pressure situations
