Content Creation Specialist

How we LEAD:

°1824 is seeking a full-time content creator to assist in the day-to-day creation of short form videos for °1824, UMG labels, multiple UMG central business units and artists. Candidate must be comfortable creating a wide variety of video content including mini-docs, in-studio sessions, bespoke artist videos, official music videos and marketing collateral. Candidate must be able to balance creativity with timelines and allocated budgets. Candidate must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate design concepts to client.

How you'll CREATE:
• Assist content team with day-to-day content creation with quick turnaround expectations
• Ideate concepts and write treatments for original content and music videos
• Review, organize and log footage
• Coordinate shoots with °1824 part-time Content Team (25 Content Creators nationwide)
• On-site (video shoots and live events) and in-studio work, may require travel

Bring your VIBE:
• On-set experience (lighting, audio, camera operation, set-up/tear down)
• Proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
• Working knowledge of linear editing software
• Knowledge of video formats/codecs
• Knowledge of best practices for posting to various social media platforms
• Highly creative and collaborative with excellent communication skills
• Motion graphics experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year in an agency or similar setting, entertainment industry experience preferred

Salary Range:
$33,036-$65,505
