Description
Job title: Consumer Marketing Manager
Responsible to: Director, Consumer Marketing
Department: Consumer Marketing
Location of work: 4 Pancras Square, Kings Cross
The A Side: A Day in The Life
You will be a key part of the departments drive, development and ongoing implementation of cutting-edge CRM technology across our International Territories, whilst also using your analytical eye to provide insight to local marketing teams to help the growth of marketing campaigns.
The B Side: Skills & Experience
Be Organised
• Ensuring all central initiatives are compliant with local laws.
Be Collaborative
• Helping to build central communities across UMG, labels and genres by driving acquisition and managing communications across all regions.
• Assist in moving business towards true multi-channel fan centric marketing.
Be Strategic
• Co-ordination and implementation of central CRM initiatives across international territories.
• Helping to drive awareness and buy in to CRM technologies and strategy across international territories.
• Expanding international reach of home market artist campaigns (targeting, segmentation, copy writing, email design and managing translations).
Be Analytical
• Governance of local territories CRM activity (reporting, communicating KPIs, reviewing targets).
• Using insights from data provide feedback to local marketing teams to improve results of local campaigns and initiatives.
• Identifying emerging technologies and platforms across the globe to drive further fan engagement across all regions.
Person Specification Essential
• Proven track record of CRM experience in managing acquisition and engagement campaigns.
• Experience using and supporting CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, Dotdigital, Lytics).
• Experience working in the music sector in a digital or data role.
• Experience in a marketing or data role in International Marketing.
• Experience in data analytics using Excel, and BI programmes such as Tableau and Domo.
• Ability to communicate to and build relationships with people from all seniority levels and diverse cultures.
• Proactive and able to work under own initiative.
• Ability to cope with multiple projects and business areas at the same time.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Creative flair and passion for marketing innovation and technology.
• Excellent creative writing skills, particularly email marketing copy writing.
• Able to travel.
• Analytical mind and ability to interpret large datasets.
Desirable:
• Languages are a plus (Spanish, French or German preferably).
