The position of Business Coordinator will provide support for the business teams in the UK and US offices, whilst being responsible for general administration and maintaining the overall effective running of the Ingrooves’ London office, based in Whitechapel.
The B Side: Skills & Experience Be Collaborative
• Working with the Label & Artist Partnerships team to coordinate and organize activity: creating presentations, meeting scheduling and agendas.
• Working with the business teams to identify, assess and target new opportunities for new and existing label and artist partners.
• Support for business teams in preparation/ scheduling of internal and external meetings.
• Act as operational contact (to UMG Facilities and administration teams, landlord, employees, suppliers, etc.) for all issues related to the office and its facilities and ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Working with management, take responsibility for day to day running of the office, and ensure a safe and dynamic working environment are maintained.
• Coordinate team travel administration and budgeting with travel agency.
• Manage administration of office and staff expenses.
Be Organised
• Assisting in the planning/ scheduling of Ingrooves’ presence at events and conferences; coordinating between Label & Artist Partnerships team, and PR/ Trade Marketing team; creating and maintaining planning documents.
• Coordinating daily administrative functions in support of London office, and remote support to ex UK /North America offices as required
• Provide general local support to UMG HR team: staff inductions, staff events, holiday /absence scheduling, and ensure the general wellbeing of the office

• Ability to interface with various levels of people and take direction from multiple contacts.

• Ability to maintain accuracy under pressure, have strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize workload.
