UMG is looking for an Associate Creative Director focused on Site Experience to continue to develop a best-in-class ecommerce presence and enhance the customer experience on behalf of many of the biggest and most iconic artists in the world. This person must be tapped into the ecommerce and digital landscape and be prepared to innovate and improve features, aesthetics, and user experience.
This role will work cross-functionally with customer engagement, store management, front and back end development, as well as creative and product development teams to continue to refine and elevate the customer experience.
How you’ll CREATE:
Oversee & elevate creative work
• Lead and oversee day to day site experience design & development for a variety of ecommerce clients across rosters, elevating customer experience
• Lean in on priority projects and clients to support teams and drive best in class creative
Innovation & Roadmapping
• Oversee and develop a creative roadmap for enhanced & new features for web and mobile in partnership with the center tech team and other stakeholders
• Ideate and implement new opportunities for on-site content, helping to improve and innovate the ecommerce customer experience
• Develop streamlined UX processes and best creative practices for site experience in partnership with other stakeholders
• Stay informed of ecommerce, industry and tech trends, changes and developments to ensure team is always striving for best in class work
Team Building & Mentorship
• Partner with customer engagement, fan experience, creative, product development, store management and other stakeholders to spearhead the build of digital touchpoints across the customer journey
• Bring proven leadership and confidence in team-building, mentoring, and pushing creative work along with the ability to prioritize based on short & long term projects
Bring your VIBE:
• 8-10 years experience working in as a creative, focused on digital experience or ecommerce with significant time spent in client-facing leadership
• A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) is required in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related discipline preferred
• Strong ability to provide creative direction and translate vision into timely and helpful feedback for team members
• Ecommerce and Shopify platform experience are a must
• Strong understanding of latest ecommerce concepts, tactics, strategy and best practices, focusing on the end customer experience
• Strong ability to roll with changing priorities, aggressive timelines and multiple concurrent projects across client roster
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of both internal and client organizations with a focus on detail
