*We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Assistant to join our team. This position will work closely with and support the CFO, as well as the Finance department with various requests.
Job Functions:
• Assist in the day to day support of the CFO and SVP, Finance.
• Maintain agendas, tasks, to-dos, and call sheet
• Prepare, Update and Distribute Monthly Management Account Binders
• Compose daily binder of various sales data and charts
• Coordinate travel arrangements and compose travel itinerary
• Maintain schedule and coordinate with other department assistants
• Assist department with meetings and special events
• Coordinate weekly meeting scheduling and agendas
• Maintain and submit expense reports in timely fashion
• Monitor senior executive expenses among assistants to maintain company-wide T&E policy boundaries
• Streamline and manage senior executive Expensys approval process
• Streamline and manage UMG supplier exchange approval process
• Streamline and manage all departments beverage order approval process
• Manage and maintain office supplies and department beverage orders
• Ad hoc reporting

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience in an office environment. Education:
• Accounting degree preferred
