Be Creative
• Support in the creation of:
• Advertising, digital & social campaigns:
• Digital banners
• Video editing/cutdowns
• Artwork resizing
• Animation
• Social skins
• GIF packs
• Rotoscoping
• HTML Mailers
• Album & single artwork:
• Prepping files
• Formatting copy
• Sourcing imagery
• Sourcing creatives
• Internal systems:
• Pitch documents
• Mailer templates
• Email sign up forms
• Digital games/widgets
• Keep up to date with industry news and events
• Look for creative solutions to problems and challenges facing the team
• Always look for inspiration for ideas both from competitors and other creative industries
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and discussions around campaigns, artist creative, social media, innovation and technology
Be Operational
• Provide support to the Artist Content Creative teams in all activities.
• Collating and distributing assets – e.g. pack shots, press releases, biogs etc. via Box
• Help to organise content & photo shoots (location, equipment, contracts and personnel)
• Help build and manage our network of external creative suppliers, including briefing and managing projects
Be Administrative
• Organise team diaries, meeting invites and room bookings
• Manage budgets, raising purchase orders for costs and closing invoices
• Prepare documents and information for team and artist meetings
• Take minutes in team meetings and following up with notes and action points
• Arranging travel and getting travel requisitions approved by finance
Person Specification
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Mainly Photoshop, After Effects, In Design
• Photography and videography skills
• Exceptional organisational, prioritisation and communication skills with the ability to multitask
• Highly collaborative work ethic. A team player
• A digital native and avid social media user who is enthusiastic about creativity, innovation and storytelling
• Passionate and knowledgeable about music and culture with a desire to progress within a creative role in the entertainment industries
• Aptitude for technical tasks and the ability to learn quickly
• Creative flair. Someone with ideas and lateral thinking
