Imperial is looking for an Administrative Assistant who has superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. Must be very efficient and highly attuned to the smallest of details, as well as being able to multi-task and work on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment is crucial. A “can-do” attitude is essential.

How you’ll CREATE:
• Coordinate the delivery of assets, music, art and other deliverables for music ingestion and delivery
• Manage Vendor payment systems, new supplier set up, create PO’s, code and process invoices and resolve payment issues
• Coordinate the logistics of Meetings, Conference Calls and Video Conferences
• Serve as point of contact onboarding new artists, managers and labels
• Assemble reports that collect streaming, sales/consumption, social and other tracking data
• Create and maintain weekly release schedule including tracking assets and deliverables
• Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms including but not limited to Tik Tok, IG, Facebook, Twitter and more
• Coordinate with marketing to manage and update Imperial Socials and Website
• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns through UMG Central team including trafficking assets, tracking performance and sharing reports.
• Assist the marketing team with the development, execution and follow through on campaigns and deliverables.

Bring your VIBE:
• 1-2 years of experience supporting executives
• Experience with music platforms and digital marketing platforms preferred
• Must also demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Experience working with Audio files, artwork files and Dropbox required
• Experience with Spotify, iTunes, apple music and other streaming platforms will be critical including the ability to be analytical, manage and compile data and metrics/trends.
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels including Senior Management
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Flexible – able to adjust to changing priorities, and able to multi-task under pressure
• Able to work in a very fast and energetic environment
• Photoshop or editing skills a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Mac and PC experience (proficiency in MS Word & Excel, PowerPoint)
• Internet savvy
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Highly motivated with networking ability
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
• Flexible – able to adjust to changing priorities, and able to multi-task under pressure
• Must be flexible to overtime, as/if needed
