Description
How we LEAD:
Republic is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support the Brand Partnerships Department. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented person, who can easily handle the assistant duties listed below, as well take on more responsibilities as they get established in the role. This will be a great opportunity for someone who can handle the day-to-day workload and will also be motivated to identify ways to contribute to the department.
How you’ll CREATE:
Responsible for all administrative duties for the SVP of Brand Partnerships, as well as providing administrative support for the team. This will include, but is not limited to:
• Answering telephone lines, screen high volume business calls and record messages in call log
• Maintaining busy calendar
• Completing expense reports on a weekly basis
• Making international and domestic travel arrangements
• Scheduling meetings and conference calls
• Organizing shipping and inventory for brand partnerships items
• Assistance on-site at Republic events
• Partnering with the team coordinator on projects and additional administrative tasks
• Monitoring the music/brand landscape and creating weekly reports
• Maintaining database for Republic brand deals
• Creating brand materials and presentations

• Must also demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Experience and knowledge of music is preferred
• Desire to have a growing career in brand partnerships space
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels including Senior Management, clients, artists and artist teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail, customer service skills, organization and time management skills
• Flexible – able to adjust to changing priorities, and able to multitask under pressure
• Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Mac and PC experience (proficiency in MS Word & Excel, PowerPoint
• Internet savvy
• Ability to handle confidential information in the appropriate manner
• Highly motivated with networking ability
• Capable of working in a very fast and energetic environment
• College degree preferred
