How we LEAD:
Lava Records is looking for a motivated individual to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant, reporting to multiple executives. This candidate must be efficient and detail-oriented, and he/she must be able to multitask and work on tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organizational skills, and he/she must possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company. A passion for music and a ''can-do'' attitude is essential.
How you'll CREATE:
• Maintaining high-demand schedules and calendars for executives
• Managing the executives' daily schedule, including managing itineraries, meetings and events, maintaining contact to inform them of upcoming appointments and meetings; Identifying key issues and prioritizing the schedule accordingly.
• Extensive travel and meeting coordination
• Monthly Expenses reconciliation and processing
• Cover phone lines, partnering with other assistants as needed
• Assist with weekly roster one-sheets and notes coming out of weekly staff meetings
• Archive emails and maintain electronic folders
• Execute mailings
• Meeting of guests and help with general queries
• Assist with the creation of recording budgets, scheduling recording sessions, and related A&R administration functions
Bring your VIBE:
• 2 years minimum of experience in the Entertainment industry
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels including Executive Management
• Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with external partners and clients
• Possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required (and the Google equivalents)
• Proactive in determining roadblocks
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under high pressure and speed
• Must have the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Ability to keep information highly confidential
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
