Description
Universal Music Publishing is looking for a meticulous Administration Assistant - Songwriter Services, who feels most at home in an office environment, to assist our team with the management of local and international music publishing catalogues.
As our Administration Assistant - Songwriter Services you will:
• Be responsible for monitoring music publishing administration email box.
• Identify, review and resolve copyright disputes.
• Complete Universal Music Publishing Group weekly chart analysis.
• Manage client catalogue updates.
• Register new agreements/songs with APRA/AMCOS.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of writer/client royalty statements.
• Process print music requests.
• Assist in Audit and royalty review projects.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
To be the ultimate Administration Assistant - Songwriter Services you will have:
• Prior experience in a full-time administrative office environment.
• Patience and tolerance for high volume admin tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Top-level written/verbal communication and data entry skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Minimum, intermediate level Microsoft Office skill set.
