Description
JOB OPPORTUNITY – ACCOUNT MANAGER , SHED CREATIVE AGENCY
Closing Date: June 7 , 2019
Reporting to Shed’s Managing Director, the A c count Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day campaign activity for all clients. You will help grow strategic relationships and new business opportunities with world-class brands, agencies, artists, publishers, and labels. Responsible for developing deep connection with clients and agencies to ensure optimal adoption and retention, your commitment to culture drives you to want to create exciting, new business opportunities. We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit who is always thinking outside of the box, and is comfortable problem solving.
Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen client relationships
• Oversee multiple projects and ensure all client requests are met in a timely & service-oriented manner
• Manage all program activities for your clients to meet established revenue and margin targets
• Regular reporting of revenue and margin targets, input into short & long term forecasting
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the client’s business, developing expertise in their channel to best engage the client at a strategic level
• R egular analysis of business results with the ability to report on key insights, developing action plans
• Responsible for status reports, budget management & any other client administrative support as required
• Manage estimates/budgets from preparation to client approval with management guidance and final approval
• Responsible for creating new opportunities with clients and strategically growing Shed’s share of business
• Be a team player, creatively looking for new opportunities to create new business through lead generation, ideation and/or agency marketing
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with account management, project management and team development
• Experience leading a portfolio of accounts, providing strong client management and relationship development with a strong focus on account growth
• Driven, energetic and goal-oriented
• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Logical, work-oriented, and analytical
• Passion for marketing.
• Proficient in all MS Office programs
