Job title: A&R Consultant

Responsible to: A&R Executive

Department: Decca

Location of work: Kensington Village

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• To assist the team in scouting for classical based talent and opportunities through all standard and traditional methods, e.g. concerts, online, auditioning
• To attend recording sessions and assist team in delivering music to deadline
• Assist in maintaining budgets and schedules
• Conducting research as required by the team
• Build a network of managers, publishers, within conservatoires, competitions etc. to ensure we are the first to know about new talent, repertoire and opportunities

Essential:
• Classical music knowledge and experience essential
• Ability to use initiative and problem solve
• Organised and able to prioritise
• Good communication
• Established network of contacts in the classical music industry preferred, but not a necessity
