Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Production Coordinator to help scale a rapidly growing slate of original series and films.
You'll sit at the center of our creative and production operation, working closely with filmmakers, writers, editors, designers, composers, producers, and company leadership to keep projects moving efficiently from development through release. You'll maintain the master production schedule, track deadlines and budgets, keep paperwork and deliverables organized, and build the systems that let us grow from roughly 10 active series to 30+ while managing millions of dollars in production.
This is an early hire with a real path to production leadership as the studio scales.
Responsibilities
• Own and maintain the master production schedule across the slate - milestones, episode status, release dates, and approaching deadlines
• Drive proactive communication with filmmakers, writers, editors, designers, composers, sound teams, and other production partners to keep every project on track
• Track project budgets, invoices, production spend, and cost-per-episode across the slate
• Flag scheduling, budget, and production risks before they become larger issues
• Keep contracts, deliverables, and production paperwork organized and current
• Manage weekly production priorities and communicate updates to leadership
• Build and maintain scalable organizational systems as the number of productions and creative partners grows
• Onboard and coordinate new freelancers, vendors, and production team members
• Partner with the Chief Creative Officer and company leadership on broader production planning and studio operations
Requirements
• 1+ years in production coordination, production management, creative operations, or a similar role
• Proven ability to manage multiple productions, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Hands-on experience tracking budgets, invoices, contracts, or production paperwork
• Fluency with tools such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Frame.io, monday.com, or similar production-management platforms
• Comfortable working directly with a wide range of creative personalities and disciplines
Nice to Have
• Background in film, television, animation, or digital media production
• Interest in AI-powered filmmaking and emerging entertainment technology

• Scale a slate from approximately 10 series to 30+
• Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and regularly interface with the CEO
