Winter Intern - Social Media & Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Intern to help shape and manage the show's online presence.

What You'll Do

This is a hands-on, real-world media internship. You'll be actively involved in day-to-day content execution, not just observing.

Social Media & Marketing

Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X

Write engaging captions, hooks, and short-form copy aligned with the show's brand

Help develop weekly posting strategies tied to new episodes and clips

Track engagement and identify what content performs best

Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit short-form video clips from podcast episodes (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)

Add basic captions, titles, and formatting for social platforms

Organize video assets and assist with content workflows

Brand & Growth Support

Help maintain a consistent voice and visual style across platforms

Assist with promotional campaigns for new episodes and special guests

Collaborate on creative ideas to grow reach and audience engagement
