MARKET DESIGN AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Reporting to the Director, Marketing & Communications – Market , the Market Design & Administrative Coordinator supports the Marketing & Communications team at TIFF: The Market by combining graphic design expertise with strong project coordination and administrative support. This role is responsible for producing high-quality creative assets while assisting with project timelines, asset management, stakeholder communications, and departmental administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and the Marketing & Communications team, the Design & Administrative Coordinator helps ensure creative projects are delivered on time, brand standards are maintained, and departmental workflows remain organized and efficient.
TARGET CONTRACT DATES:
• August 11 – October 9, 2026
WORK LOCATION:
• Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
• Weekly in-office requirements:
• Minimum 2 days (November to April)
• Minimum 3 days (May to October)
• Festival and Market Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
• This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
