Assistant to TV/Film/Theatre Agent

We are in search of a talented and motivated candidate to assist in the New York TV/Film/Theatre Department.

We are seeking an individual with at least 1-2 years of industry experience in either talent representation or casting. This position has strong potential for growth.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in our midtown Manhattan office and 2 days remote.

Strong Written and Oral communication skills are required. We are interested in individuals with a passion for the arts and some serious foundational knowledge of the industry. This is a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support to Senior Theatrical Agent.
-Assist in day-to-day email correspondence with roster of talent and casting.
-Participate in scouting for new prospective talent.
-Send out audition requests, self-tape requests, and callbacks.
-Track submissions, casting opportunities, and project updates.
-Communicate professionally with casting directors, managers, production offices, and clients.
-Assist with onboarding new clients and updating materials.
-Respond promptly to a high volume of emails.
-Process client requests efficiently.
-Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
-Previous administrative experience in entertainment, talent representation, casting, production, or a related field is strongly preferred.
-Strong interest in television, film, theater, and the entertainment industry.
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
-Knowledge in Breakdown Express, inEntertainment, Casting Networks, video editing software and related industry platforms is a PLUS.
-Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
