Role Description:

This a full-time, on-site position as an Mid-to-Senior level Associate Litigation Attorney based in Beverly Hills, CA. The attorney will handle intellectual property litigation, provide legal advice to clients, review case documents and filings. perform thorough legal research, conduct full discovery, including taking/defending depositions, draft motions to dismiss, motions to compel, motions for summary documents. The role involves collaborating closely with clients in the entertainment and tech industries to safeguard their rights and resolve disputes most effectively.

Qualifications. Candidates must have:

• Extensive litigation experience especially in Federal courts
• Strong writing skills
• High academic credentials from a top-25 law school
• Journal experience and judicial clerkship are a plus.
• Experience in Copyright and Trademark law is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in legal research and complex cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
