About the Role & Team:
This role offers an opportunity to help reimagine financial planning for Corporate FP&A, with a focus on strengthening planning processes, advancing finance transformation, and improving how data is used to inform decision-making.
The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A will lead key planning and analysis activities, partner closely with senior leaders, and help translate financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
This role will oversee financial planning support across a broad portfolio of Corporate functions, helping develop quarterly, annual, and long-range operating plans while providing analysis that supports informed decision-making and financial discipline. The assignment will also play a meaningful role in Corporate FP&A finance transformation efforts, including EPM module development for G&A and Labor, coordination with related Corporate planning modules, and the advancement of Agentic AI tools to improve forecasting, reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
What You Will Do:
Key responsibilities will include:
• Lead FP&A support for a broad portfolio of Corporate functions, partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders to develop and analyze quarterly, annual, and long-range operating plans
• Develop analysis, identify key business drivers, and communicate actionable insights that support informed decision-making across Corporate FP&A
• Support finance transformation efforts, including EPM module development for G&A and Labor and coordination with related Corporate planning modules
• Help evaluate, develop, and adopt Agentic AI tools that improve forecasting, reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency
• Prepare clear, executive-ready materials for Corporate management, segment leadership, and other senior stakeholders
• Manage ad hoc financial analysis and special projects at the request of Corporate FP&A leadership and key business partners
• Demonstrate strong leadership, judgment, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, strategic planning, investment banking, and/or corporate finance preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with solid business and financial acumen
• Strong relationship-building skills and a professional client-service orientation
• Effective leader and manager with the ability to lead by example, mentor others, and deliver against high-profile objectives
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible, special-projects orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High energy level and strong work ethic
• Independent thinker with sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Work experience within the entertainment industry is a plus
• MBA or CPA is preferred
Education:
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred in Finance, Business Administration or related field)

Salary/Benefits
$152,800 - $186,600 /year USD
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
