Executive Director - Planning & Strategy Media Networks Sea

Job Summary:

Leading a team for the APAC region, you will deliver optimal client services and working closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve business needs. Your ''Innovation and Activation'' team will work alongside frontline sales and in country support teams to deliver on business needs and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the TWDC multi-platform commercial strategy across Innovation (comms planning, digital, branded solutions and creative ideation and execution) and Activation group (client service for pre and post sales)
• Lead a team to deliver optimal client service
• Develop internal relationships with key stakeholders across APAC
• Work alongside the Head of Ad Sales APAC & SEA and HOD's to ensure sales employees have adequate support to deliver high quality and impactful client solutions
• Ensure all commercial functions deliver a high quality and timely service to sales function
• Build a cohesive team that works collaboratively across functions
• Work with C&C, finance, Business Development teams to organically and in-organically grow the business
• Leads all pre-sales, during sales and post sales functions

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of advertising sales media business, in particular ad sales and promotional activity
• 15 years of advertising sales experience including direct sales, media agency exposure and branded content, client solutions etc
• Experience in selling media across TV, digital media, events and driving complex initiatives across SEA
• Proven track record of leading, managing and coaching high performing teams
• Proven track record of leading a team through change and ambiguity Knowledge and Skills
• Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and diverse consumers across APAC
• Consistently builds on industry trends and business issues
• Conceptual thinker with ability to translate vision into strategy and actional plans – includes strategic thinking
• Ability to build strong relationships and build network with client and agencies
• Proven track record of being a team player and ability to lead teams
• Exceptional communication skills, with ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders
• Ability to drive results through collaboration with diverse stakeholders
