Gorgeous Media Group is seeking an exceptional assistant to support the president of our boutique talent management company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent management and wants to build a long-term career in talent management and entertainment industry.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, resourceful and able to anticipate the needs before they arise. The ideal candidate already understands the day-to-day operations of a talent management or agency desk and can contribute immediately with minimal training.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the CEO's right hand, providing outstanding administrative and operational support.
*Submit actors through Breakdown Express (Actors Access), Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, and Casting Workbook.
*Read film and television scripts and prepare concise coverage, synopses, and character breakdowns.
*Draft compelling pitches, emails, presentations, and other professional correspondence.
*Coordinate with agents, casting directors, producers, publicists, and clients.
*Track invoices, payments, expenses, and other business-related documentation.
*Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
*Follow up diligently on outstanding requests and maintain organized records.
*Assist with social media content creation and marketing initiatives.
*Edit photos, videos, and promotional materials when needed.
*Provide production and administrative support for the VersaVision Podcast (podcast experience is a plus).
Qualifications
* 2-3 years experience working in talent management, talent agencies and casting.
* Working knowledge of Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier, and Casting Workbook (required).
* Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to write persuasive pitches and professional emails.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
* Absolute discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
* A genuine interest in helping actors build successful careers.
* A positive, collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
Technical Skills Experience with:
* Microsoft Office
* Google Workspace
* Mac OS
* PowerPoint
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Adobe Photoshop
* Canva (preferred)
Social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in talent management or casting offices.
* Knowledge of the film, television, streaming, and commercial industries.
*Familiarity with current entertainment trends and pop culture.
* Experience editing podcasts or creating digital content is a plus
