THE INTERNSHIP
The Talent Department (TTD) is seeking a motivated, organized, and entertainment-obsessed Admin & Talent Booking Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 semester!
This is a great opportunity for a student interested in entertainment, media, talent management, podcasting, television, or the evolving creator landscape to gain hands-on experience inside a growing and collaborative talent booking company.
This is a part-time, unpaid opportunity. College credit available upon request!
Start Date: September 2026 (flex)
End Date: December 2026 (flex)
Hours: 15 - 20 hours / 2 - 3 days per week
Location: REMOTE (company in based in NYC)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Ideation:
• Research actors/musicians/creators/experts/ as potential bookings across our wide range of shows
• Help identify prospective clients and research comparable shows when new clients join the TTD roster
• Track current and emerging entertainment, media, and pop culture trends that may inform our work
Operations & Administration:
• Assist with building and maintaining our cutting-edge talent database
• Help maintain our internal Culture Calendar of relevant releases, events, cultural moments, etc.
• Assist with general administrative and organizational needs across the team
• Support ongoing projects and day-to-day team operations
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is:
• Currently pursuing a degree in TV/Film, Journalism, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Genuinely interested in entertainment, talent, podcasts, television, and/or digital media
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Curious, resourceful, and proactive
• Comfortable with research and identifying relevant trends and opportunities
• A strong communicator with excellent written/verbal skills
• Excited to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Any Airtable experience is a bonus
Previous entertainment or internship experience is also a plus but not required!
