Producer Intern - Mini Series & Awards Support (Remote)

About the Role

The Starry Awards is seeking a Producer Intern to support production coordination for an upcoming mini series and awards season operations. This is a fully remote internship designed for someone interested in production, media, and behind-the-scenes coordination during a high-activity voting period.

This role supports production workflows, internal communication, and coordination related to digital initiatives, including the voting platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Support production coordination for a mini series and related projects
• Assist with timelines, schedules, and production tracking
• Support coordination related to the voting platform (tracking updates, flagging issues, and communication support)
• Take notes, organize information, and assist with internal documentation
• Assist with general production and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications
• Interest in film, television, media, or production
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks

Internship Details

Internship Start Date/Season: 1/6/25 Immediate - Will end in May of 2026

Internship Duration: Short-term 1/6/26 - Will end in May of 2026

Time/Days Required: 15-20 hours per week

Workplace Requirements: 100% Remote
