Agency: The Premier Talent Group is a licensed, bonded, SAG Franchised talent agency based in Los Angeles, CA.
Qualifications: Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), be proficient in communicating over the phone and via email with a diverse group of individuals (actors, casting directors, etc.). Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to problem solve and learn quickly.
Main Duties:
« Create, and Distribute hardcopy packages for actor Submissions
« Phone reception and assisting in phone calls to vendors and clients
« Assist the Executive Assistant in special projects
« Assist the Executive Assistant with scheduling of auditions/callbacks/bookings
« Assist the Executive Assistant with Data entry and filing
« Other Duties as Assigned
