The Pop-Up Project is looking for enthusiastic interns to help bring our upcoming exhibition to life in Los Angeles!
About the Event
We'll be hosting Voltage of Hope, a six-day group exhibition bringing together emerging and established artists from across Europe, the Americas, and Asia - featuring paintings, photography, and mixed media works exploring what hope feels like in an uncertain world - running from September 19 to 24, 2026 at Mica Studios in the Arts District. Alongside the exhibition, we'll host a cultural program including an opening night with live jazz and a live performance, plus daily programming with cultural talks, and an Arts District walking tour.
This is a great opportunity for students and anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in event production, gallery operations, and the arts.
Roles Available
We're looking for help in the following areas:
Photo & Video - document the exhibition and cultural programme through photos and video
Guest Reception - welcome guests and check them in against our lists
Panelist Assistance - support our speakers during exhibition talks
Exhibition Floor - direct visitors and answer questions during open hours
Catalog Distribution - hand out catalogs to guests
Set-Up Day - help unload and unpack artwork
Wrap-Up Day - help take down the exhibition
