Personal Assistant to Busy Actor:

This is a full-time position to assist an actor. Actor is based in Los Angeles, but assistant will travel to sets/locations with him. Must have passport / be able to travel internationally for extended periods of time. There will be some school pick ups for teenage son.

Must be detail oriented, have good organizational and time management skills (assistant will need to manage a very busy and ever-changing schedule) excellent communication skills (assistant will act as actor’s liaison to everyone in his world – agents, managers, publicist, family members, etc.) have a “no task too big or too small” mentality, and assistant must always understand everything that is going on in actor’s business and the industry as a whole.
Ideal candidate will be kind, professional and respectful and be able to create and maintain structure for this busy individual. Previous onset experience is also ideal.

Must be easy to work with, friendly, upbeat-positive attitude, humble and trustworthy
Organized and great at multi-tasking
Must be able to move quickly and manage many things at once without dropping the ball
Great at prioritizing, managing up and keeping employer abreast of all tasks and projects
Strong communication skills and great with people
Can work in an environment with other actors, celebrities and professionals and keep information confidential, secure and overall be trustworthy that no one’s information will be shared outside of this position
Is familiar with the entertainment landscape and has had previous work experience in the entertainment industry
Must be willing to telecommute and work at various locations, depending upon the employers needs
Must own car and insurance
Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement
