Fast paced dance, sports and fitness focused talent agency seeks additional immediate team member to assist agents in all departments.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HEAVY PHONES. Frequently call clients, producers, casting directors and choreographers.
Set and confirm meetings/auditions for agents and clients.
Prep submissions for potential buyers, per the direction of the agent.
Update client resumes and marketing materials.
Work with Accounting Department to track money due to clients and scan contracts and checks for record keeping.
Maintain and update company database and website.
Process, maintain and track New Client paperwork.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by agents.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Must be interested in an agency career track and not have any current ambitions to audition or perform.
Must be highly motivated, organized, detail oriented and a self starter.
Must be willing to work across many disciplines and with multiple agents at any given time.
Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle varied personalities and sensitive situations.
Must be PC proficient and familiar with G Suite at a minimum.
Must be somewhat familiar with LA Casting, Actors Access and Casting Frontier.
Must have some availability on weekends and nights to network, attend client events and showcases.
Prior experience in agency or casting or management are required.
Interest in dance, sports or fitness are mandatory.
Experience with inEntertainment is a plus.
Hourly paid position. DOE. Will discuss at 2nd/3rd interview level.
