Freelance Support Staff, Special Events
Summary of Position:
The Impact Agency's New York team is seeking freelance support staff to assist with in-person film and television screenings, premieres, and luncheons.
Job Description:
Assist with event set-up, including Will Call, photo opps, and theater seating/ticketing.
Execute Front-of-House duties during events, including greeting and checking in guests, ticket pulling/running, theater ushering.
Spot and escort Talent and Celebrity guests down the red carpet or assist guests at photo opps.
Manage After Party guest list/door.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Zkipster.
Prior experience with event/guest ticketing, check-in, and other Front of House responsibilities.
Prior experience as a theater usher at venues with assigned Rows & Seat Numbers.
Prior experience as a VIP talent handler/greeter, and or walking talent down red carpets.
Knowledgeable of filmmakers, upcoming TV & film releases, and the overall entertainment industry/current events.
Required Qualifications:
Available to work evening and weekend events. Must arrive promptly for all call times.
Outgoing - Strong communications and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
Confident - Must be comfortable interfacing with guests and answering questions.
Solution Oriented - Comfortable troubleshooting situations on the spot while maintaining a calm composure.
Superior attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and be proactive.
Ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality/professionalism.
Experience in entertainment industry events is a plus.
