Assistant to Agent in the Production Department

This is a Full Time Job

The Gersh Agency is seeking an ambitious experienced Assistant for an Agent in the Production Department.

Agency Assistant experience preferred but not required. At least 1 year general work experience.
A working knowledge of Talent Agency procedures is helpful.

Duties include heavy phones, rolling calls, tracking client appointments, script coverage, submissions, heavy scheduling, etc.
Candidates must be extremely detailed, have excellent organizational and computer skills, ability to work well under pressure, and possess a high level of initiative and confidentiality.
A sense of humor is helpful.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, articulate, intelligent, and looking to work in the film industry.
