Job Summary: The Baltimore Orioles seek a versatile and proactive Multiplatform Videographer/Editor
responsible for producing compelling and innovative video content. This position will work closely with
key club and RSN stakeholders to highlight significant club storylines on and off the field through
recurring video series and standalone features. This role will focus on broadcast, but will also contribute
to the club's promotional efforts, social media, digital, and in-game content mix.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Shoot, edit, and produce features that align with organizational messaging
• Develop compelling multimedia club content for Orioles broadcasts from pregame through
postgame and contribute to Game Presentation, social, and digital content
• Collaborate with key club and RSN stakeholders to establish editorial plans across Orioles
platforms
• Own the entirety of production process from development to execution, including but not limited
to lighting, audio, shooting, and editing
• Daily and weekly optimization of pre-existing content to tailor for in-game and broadcast
• Assist talent on direction and scripting across broadcast, social, and in-park
• Serve as production assistant on creative shoots

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of video production and/or broadcast experience
• Advanced working knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite, primarily within Premiere and After

Effects
• Extremely comfortable with short deadlines and quick turnaround of daily stories
• High level of competency in all areas of video production, including lighting, sound, motion

graphics, color correction, and publishing
• Self-starter with ability to both collaborate with team and efficiently and effectively produce

content as an individual
