In this role, you will:

• Travel periodically to support remote productions and live tennis tournaments throughout the year.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcast television engineering
• Proven leadership ability and exceptional communication skills
• Strong understanding of modern broadcast technology and a team-first mentality
• Extensive experience with Avid, EVS, and cloud-based media workflows, including media archiving and storage
• Expertise in automation systems for live production, master control, transmission, and streaming
• Hands-on experience with installation and optimization of SMPTE 2110 broadcast systems
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule as business demands, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
