Reporting to the VP of Marketing Strategy, the Marketing Strategy Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing Telemundo’s entertainment marketing strategy. This position leads the strategic planning and orchestration of high-impact promotional campaigns across scripted series, reality shows, and specials. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep audience insight and a collaborative mindset, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts and amplification across the Telemundo and NBCU ecosystems.

Basic Requirements:
Strategic Leadership
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and briefs that align with audience insights, brand objectives, and business goals.
• Lead the creation and presentation of promotional strategy decks to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and execute amplification plans that extend campaign reach across platforms, including on-air, digital, social, in-show integrations, PR, and local stations.
• Drive the development and execution of launch campaigns and ongoing promotions for Entertainment properties.
• Provide strategic guidance and creative input throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Social/Digital, Programming, PR, and Local Stations to ensure alignment and impact.
• Collaborate closely with distribution, press, and affiliate teams to amplify campaign visibility and engagement across owned, earned, and partner channels.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners to maximize campaign performance and collaboration.
Campaign Management and Insights
• Oversee campaign performance recaps and synthesize insights to inform future strategy.
• Identify cross-promotional opportunities and strategic synergies across Telemundo and NBCU platforms.
• Maintain a pulse on entertainment trends, audience behavior, and the competitive landscape to inform proactive strategy development.
Additional Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, ideally within media or entertainment.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Fluency in Spanish (required) and strong proficiency in English.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Familiarity with entertainment programming formats (scripted, reality, and specials) preferred.
