Maintenance Technician

This is a Full Time Job

Qualifications
• Experience: 4-7 years of maintenance experience
• Location: Tropicana Field, St Petersburg, FL 33705
• Language: English (Required)
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of maintenance related work.
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets/fixtures etc.
• Perform small painting projects, handrails, walkways and walls
• Knowledge of paint and materials
• Ability to repair/replace bolts in stadium seats, doors and door hinges
• Construct and frame out small walls/partitions

Skills
• Ability to handle plumbing tools, carpentry saws and equipment
• Be able to trouble shoot problems with solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly with a great deal of patience
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
• High standard of integrity and professionalism
• Must be prepared to work flexible hours/weekends/overtime
• Able to work in a collaborative/teamwork environment
• Knowledge of how to use aerial lifts/ not afraid of heights a plus
