Executive Presentation Designer
The Tampa Bay Rays seek a motivated Executive Presentation Designer to translate complex subject matter into visually compelling narratives and presentations. This role will partner directly with senior leadership to deliver polished, on-brand decks for high-level projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Executive Collaboration: Partner directly with senior leadership to grasp strategic goals and translate them into persuasive visual narratives.
Visual Storytelling: Transform dense data into clear, easily digestible infographics, charts, and custom slide layouts.
Brand Stewardship: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines while elevating the overall visual polish across all high-profile projects.
Asset Management: Build and maintain an organized library of presentation templates, visual assets, and UI components to enable scalable, on-brand output.
Multimedia Integration: Enhance presentations with multimedia elements, including motion graphics, transitions, and audio/video integration, when appropriate.
Quality Assurance: Proofread and conduct rigorous quality assurance on all slides to catch layout issues, grammatical errors, and ensure accurate data visualization before delivery.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of professional experience as a presentation designer or visual communications specialist, specifically supporting executive and corporate clients.
Mastery of Software: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
Portfolio: A robust portfolio of design or related work must be provided.

Deadline-Driven & Agile: Ability to manage multiple, overlapping projects under intense deadlines and shifting priorities.
Discretion: High degree of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive corporate information.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills required to interpret creative briefs, manage feedback loops, and present ideas effectively.
