Creative Project Coordinator

Objectives of this role
• Own and manage multiple and concurrent creative project lifecycles for Rays and Rowdies brands
• Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements, deadlines, and objectives
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign roles and tasks to Creative Team members based on their individual strengths and abilities
Responsibilities
• Assign and monitor requests through Lytho.com, a project management software
• Supervise projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Serve as a main point of contact between internal departments and external vendors
• Oversee the entirety of the project lifecycle-request to creation, artwork approvals to production and installation
• Onboard new departments and users to project management software and drive adoption across the organization
• Organize project-related paperwork and assets by ensuring all necessary materials are current, filed and stored
• Ability to evaluate workflows to improve efficiency
Required skills and qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field
• 2 years experience in coordinating teams and clients (agency/sports experience and familiarity with AI tools is a plus)
Preferred skills and qualifications
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite application
• Strong understanding of the creative process – enough to set realistic deadlines and manage requester expectations
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
