We have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged Sales Executive | Customer Solutions Manager with a background in Animation or Visual FX.
This position has the potential to be a part-time or full-time position working remotely with the rest of our fully distributed international team.
Efficient remote collaboration has been critical for many businesses of any size. Our product SyncSketch is the animation and VFX industry's most advanced real-time visual review system and we're seeing a rapid adoption curve that has begun even before the pandemic. You will be playing a critical role by helping existing and new customers with the adoption of remote collaboration solutions while establishing mutually beneficial relationships.
Are you the dream candidate?
-You have worked in the VFX, Game, Graphics or Animation industry and are passionate about the craft and technology?
-You possess exceptional communication & listening skills, servant leadership qualities, and follow-through ability
-You are approachable and love connecting with people?
-You are familiar with sales and CRM software and SaaS business models (i.e. FreshSales, SalesForce, Zendesk, etc.)
-You are reliable, capable of working independently and enjoy building relationships
-You are passionate and on the pulse of web-technology, eager to learn new tricks, and strive to push boundaries
-You are an exceptional problem-solver who weighs empathy and data-driven insights when creating solutions
-You have experience engaging in high-level negotiations that yield win-win outcomes

Your Responsibilities:
-Become a primary point of contact for providing customer solutions and needs assessments
-Evaluate sales trends and consumer behavior to develop and implement the most effective sales practices possible
-Monitor sales activity, manage customer life-cycles and forecast customer growth using FreshSales software
-Source clients, evaluate specific needs and translate insights into action items for our development team
-Act as a VFX industry expert who can competently answer questions about SyncSketch's technical capabilities
-Interface with potential clients, acknowledge concerns, and guide them through all stages of the client life-cycle
-Collaborate with Product Design, Clients and Business Operations to find the best solutions for our users
-Lead demos, develop pitches, deliver presentations, and host Q&A sessions
-Act as an internal champion for SyncSketch's advertising and marketing strategy across key stakeholders
-Identify growth opportunities, close sales, and generate revenues
-Mentor and guide other sales representatives when it's time to grow the team
The Tech
The ideal candidate has rich sales and CRM experience. FreshSales experience is a strong advantage. Working knowledge of collaborative applications for remote teams is a plus (Slack, Asana, Zoom, G Suite, Notion).
