Fall Intern - Music Supervision

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: Fall 2023
Internship Duration: 2-3 months.
Time/Days Required: Wednesdays and Fridays 10am-6pm in-office in Beverly Hills, CA

This in IN-OFFICE. We do require proof of COVID vaccination. We recommend wearing masks.

We have an opening for a Music Supervision Intern for starting in the late summer or fall or as agreed. The internship usually lasts 12 weeks. The candidate will be working with the small music team that oversees all creative and business administration on our projects (mostly films but sometimes other media, as well).

The internship may include (although other tasks my arise):
• Preparing documents for music supervision (including source music quote requests, confirmation letters, licenses, and final cue sheets)
• Preparing search requests to contacts at a variety of libraries, labels, managers, and other music houses
• Researching master and publishing rights information
• Organizing department's digital music library
You will also work on fake music supervising your own project to learn the process!

You MUST receive college credit. At this time, the internship will only be available Wednesday and Friday.
