We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Runner / Assistant Coordinator to support two busy assistants managing the day-to-day operations of a touring artist. Responsibilities

-Provide daily support to two senior assistants overseeing a touring artist
-Run local errands and execute time-sensitive requests throughout Los Angeles
-Assist with travel logistics, transportation coordination, and itinerary updates
-Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and vendor communications
-Source products, services, and last-minute solutions as needed
-Assist with tour preparation, production needs, and event logistics
-Support artist hospitality and backstage operations when required
-Manage inventory, supplies, and organizational projects
-Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
-Maintain clear communication and provide regular status updates on assigned tasks
-Be available to assist during evenings, weekends, and occasional travel periods as needed

Qualifications

-Based in Los Angeles, CA
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Runner, Production Assistant, Tour Assistant, or in a similar support role
-Experience working in entertainment, music, live events, touring, production, talent management, or high-net-worth households strongly preferred
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
-Professional, discreet, and highly dependable
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
-Comfortable working flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
