Entertainment Marketing Coordinator

Spark Alliance Marketing is a fast-paced entertainment marketing agency seeking a Marketing Coordinator that has a strong interest in entertainment and marketing partnerships. Agency clients include 20th Century Fox films, The Big Bang Theory syndication, Marvel online video games, and IHOP.

Job Responsibilities:
• Participation in all company meetings
• Track and maintain competitive activity
• Industry and brand research
• Brainstorm appropriate target brands, thematic tie-ins, concepts, and tactics with agency team
• Track all statuses in database
• Administrative duties (including answering phones, printing, and scheduling)

Position Requirements:
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet stringent deadlines with a do-what-it-takes attitude
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
• Professionalism at all levels
• Passion for the Entertainment Industry
• Must be a team player and exhibit a high level of personal responsibility
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with using a Mac a plus
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Organized and resourceful
• 4 year college degree
