Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work part-time (10-29 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.
AT is looking for a Graduate-level Intern who can:
Responsibilities:
• Assist with AI Platform Operations
• Support the setup, configuration, and day-to-day administration of enterprise AI tools under guidance from the Advanced Technologies team.
• Help validate access, user provisioning, and basic workflow configurations.
• Monitor Usage and Support Reporting
• Review dashboards, logs, and usage reports to help identify adoption trends, common issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare simple summaries for team review.
• Learn and Apply Responsible AI Practices
• Assist in documenting governance processes, security considerations, and responsible AI guidelines.
• Help maintain checklists, intake notes, and audit-ready documentation for approved AI use cases.
• Support Internal Users and Documentation
• Help triage user questions, capture recurring support themes, and update knowledge articles, FAQs, runbooks, and training materials for AI tools and workflows.
• Contribute to Small AI Enablement Projects
• Participate in supervised projects such as prompt testing, workflow documentation, lightweight automation, data gathering, or evaluation of AI tool features against business requirements.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic programming or scripting experience, preferably with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages, and an interest in APIs, automation, or system integrations.
• Foundational understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, or data science concepts, with curiosity to learn how these technologies are applied in an enterprise environment.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, version control, collaboration tools, or technical documentation is helpful but not required.
• Interest in responsible AI, data privacy, security, and governance practices, with willingness to follow established enterprise policies and procedures.

• Ability to ask thoughtful questions, explain findings clearly, and communicate progress or blockers to team members.

• Enthusiasm for learning new AI tools, enterprise technology workflows, and responsible AI practices in a fast-changing environment.

Salary/Benefits
$37.00 /hour USD
The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors.

The team collaborates closely with Line-of-Business Legal, Procurement, InfoSec & Privacy, Finance/Budget owners, and the GAI Committee to align technical enablement with legal, security, and financial controls, thereby reducing risk and expediting time-to-production for approved AI initiatives.
